PUW Battery Vent Valve: Dual Protection of Waterproof Venting and Explosion-Proof Safety

The PUW battery vent valve is a high-performance safety component that combines waterproof venting with explosion-proof capability, offering greater reliability and stronger performance compared to traditional safety valves. When internal battery pressure rises, this valve quickly releases excess gas to balance the internal and external pressure, all while preventing water ingress and maintaining the battery's internal dryness.

In extreme scenarios such as short-circuit, overcharge, or thermal runaway, the PUW vent valve responds rapidly to release pressure and prevent battery pack explosions.

  • Post-burst Airflow Rate: ≥1000 L/min @ 10 kPa (after reaching explosion-proof pressure)
